About the Role:
Join Aba Therapy Of St Lucie Inc as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. We are looking for passionate professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure in Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods in ABA.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
